    Dbol schedule?

    Going to run 50mg a day of british dragon 10mg's. I know I should spread them out. Any reccomendations on how to spread them out? Like every 4 hrs or what?

    Also I was wanting to know how long dbol tabs last as far as potentancy goes. I have 60 5mg tabs(Naps) in a ziplock bag that has been a cool dry place for almost 1yr. Are they still good?
