i am using 600mg deca every 3 days and 750 teste every 3 days as advised by a few people.
this is my 1st cycle and been doing it for about 4 weeks but looking on here recently and seems that people are advising alot lower like 400-500 of each per week.

Way too much gear for a first cycle. Should of been 500mg/wk. of test and 400mg/wk. of deca .

IMO, i think it's too much.. you should've cut those doses in half.. will if fVck you up? i don't thinks so, just make sure to use liquidex, or letro, have nolva on hand, and follow through with clomid on pct.

Thats a crazy amount of deca , especially for a first cycle. The test is a little higher than what most would do to.
