    i did it the first time. right in the buttox. ever since ive been doing my delt...seems easier.my buddy just sometimes aspirates for me. kinda difficult when doing the delt.

    this really good lookin nurse at the doc's office.told me she would be gentle and to drop em.So what the hell I dropped em kinda shocked her she said didn't mean everything and yes she was gentle and fine (KINDA MISS NURSE CINDY)

    i did my whole first cycle by myself in the glutes. but ever since then i shoot quads (much easier). never had anyone's assistance, i prefer people not know. people knowin is kinda just askin for me to get in trouble in my line of work

    no problem bro... u shld try using your thumb nail when aspirating delts... it's awkward at first, but u get the hang of it... u just need a little pressure to get that tiny air bubble...

    glad u at least get someone to aspirate... alot of people wld just skip it and then post about how they thought they were gonna die when they shot into a vein...

    yea see i looked on spotinjections.com but its weird i dont want to push the needle and twist it around and tear some tissue,( i dont know im just being on the safe side lol), while im fiddling with the plunger trying to aspirate.

    first time was me. then I started having my girl do it... then, things happen of course... now its all me again. Top Vega has it right though. that's the way it should be. then you have nobody to blame but yourself if you get a nasty infection
