is my nolva enough

advice from members with experience wanted... i am running a twelve week cycle of test e at 500 mg week, i am goin to be takin 10 mg nolva everyday, is this enough nolva or should i bump it up to more?

10 is fine. Just watch closely for any signs of gyno.

yes, soreness, puffiness around the nips. 10 mg is good. you will obviously want to up that at the end of the cycle...

1 week after your last shot, jump to 30 mg per day for 2 weeks, then 20 mgs for 2 more weeks. you should be good then

10mg should be fine while on. Make sure you have full pct of course too.

Yea just like a lot of the other bros said 10mg is fine but if you were to run Dbol i would run 20mg of Nolva the first 4 weeks. Just my 2
