Am I screwed ?

THere is nothing I can do..No matter what i take I break out. I have cut all AAS out and im only doing 50mg ed of a-var. I thought this would be a safe bet, but no its week 5 or 6 and im breaking out like usual....I guess im going to have to wait a few years and do GH or cycle like a mofo, break out and get a script for accutane..

here's a fiew things to try if you dont already:
-wash your face with a very hot towel/cloth to open pores and then put some cold water to close the pores(do this 2 times a day)
-drink more water! you might think you drink enough but i can bet you dont.
-use liv52 for liver support. Usually when the liver is getting a beeting from all those orals it could have some sides like acne.
-go tanning. sun helps alot, has vitmine D, dry's up your skin.
-take a shower right after your workout! this will make a big diffrence!!

var shouldnt make you break out... so it might be your habbits! Try doing the above mentioned things for two weeks and see what happens.

Alot of people say what you eat doesnt affect your acne... i dissagree and would advise you to check your diet also!! good luck.

I would take a shower a couple more times a day and wash my face 4-5 times a day! Good luck bro!
