chest injury or injection problem?

Ok, on Sunday, I inject 1.5cc's (prop/tren...my prop is pretty painless) into my right pec. I then went and worked out chest, and didnt go real heavy, but I did soem heavy fly movement at the end of the workout which I usually dont do. My chest felt fine that day, but the next day it started hurting around the middle of my sternum where my pec connects to my sturnam. I injected the other pec yesterday, and then last ngith the pain was worse. I feel like i tore or strained soemthing in my pec, but did nto feel anythign on workout day. well the middle of my chest has some slight swelling and major discomfort (sternum area and muscle aroudn it), btu the sweeling is not really nopticeable, only to me b/c i am used to being able to see more of a crease between pecs. WHat do you think the problem is? Has this happened to any of you before? u think its a tear/strain or injection problem?

It sounds like you have pain from the injection,then working out that location maybe aggravated it more. Im not a dr. or anything but I think if you had a torn pec you would be in extreme pain.

yea im sure i didnt tear anything, i think i maybe could have just strained soemthing from the heavy flies

tear would cause some discolouration from internal bleeding

get an mri fast if in doubt

I think its might be the prop in a few days if it is it should go away.
