8lbs first week of first cycle..normal?
Is this a normal amount of weight to gain the first week of a cycle
this is my first cycle. i am taking
test cyp 600mg a week
tonkgat ali 400mg a day
50mg tbol
20g of glutamine
crazy amounts of oils (efas and flax seeds)
i got some letro for later on
22 years old 5 11.. 7 off and on years lifting expierence.. really toned
i went from 154 - 162 in 6 days felt like sleeping after everytime i lifted/ate
i prolly weigh more now haven't checked
I eat moderate amounts 200+ grams a protein a day
also i smoke trees everynow and then can u say mega munchies heh..
may i add i am 6% bodyfat and i got no water retention
is this normal?
oh ya i got pics before i started will get them put up and take some now
to show difference its pretty crazy...everyone notices

it's water weight, the gains should slow down significantly by the 3rd week

ok..ya i seem alot harder and alot more veiny .. i did not expect it to gain like that, i don't want to get too big

wt ever gains u get during a steroid cycle in usually about 50% water

5 ' 11" 154 around when i started
most i gained naturally was 162 and that was really hard
i am def a hard gainer..i can get my strength really up but no mass
i eat alot when i am lifting.i am really cut..
most i benched naturally was 255lbs twice wit
me weighing at 160 lbs

u gotta somewhat an easy goal i believe, just get as much gains as possible out of the cycle then work on trimming down all extras, u gonna end up giving up about 65-70% of the total gains, so propably out of 20 lbs, u'll keep about 4-5 only

i try to eat 6 small meals and drink 2-3 MRPs a day
i got to figure exactly how many calories i am getting.

I am up to 20lbs now on week 3 and have been taking .50 letro every
other day, still normal?
look like i am holding no water face is not puffy...and really easy to tell
i am 6% bodyfat.. i am up to 172lbs now from 151lbs.. or is water this jsut decieving dispite the letro?

This sounds like what my first(only) cycle was like, I was just taking test and I gained about 30 lbs total in 5 weeks. A lot is water, and it's not always known on us lean guys that it is infact water., but water aint so bad to have while on a cycle

I gained 15lbs my first week..i'm on the 2nd week now and up 20lbs.

really u think 10%..i am always the most cut at the gym i live in NYC
so there is a decent amount of people
