    Questions about current cycle....

    Sup guys. My current cycle looks like this (I am nearing the end of week 10)

    Weeks 1-4: Dbol 40mg/day
    Weeks 1-15 Test e 625 mg
    Weeks 1-14 EQ 400mg
    Weeks 5-14 Tren A 150mg EOD

    I have not gained any strength since week 6, and it seriously seems like I have gotten a bit smaller since the beggining of my cycle. I am up to 205 from 194, but I really think my arms are not quite as big.

    Could this be from the fat loss associated with the tren?

    My caloric intake is about 4500 cals a day, and around 200 grams of protein a day.

    I just need some pointers on how to put some more weight/strength gains on before the end of my cycle. Thanks

    200 g protein a day is way too low, u gotta to eat at least 350 if u weight 200lbs

    Do you think if I upped my protein to 350-400 grams a day and at least 5000 good cals a day I would notice improvement?

    Alright as of right now i am going to increase everything bigtime. Obviously it will help with the weight gain, but strength also to most likely correct?

    what do you think about the loss of a little size though? Fat loss due to the tren ? I do feel more lean, and the scale says I have gained a few pounds, so it has to be fat loss correct?

    If you are at the 200lb range, you need at least 400g of protein if you want to see big growth. And is this the first time you have used tren? If so, I think your dose is too big. You can use 50mg ED and still get huge gains with much less side effects.

    Yea it is the first time I have used tren , but the sides really are not too bad, just started getting some night sweats last week, and the other sides dont seem too bad. So def increase the protein intake to 400 grams a day and I should be gaining?

    I agree with STD's... sounds like a diet issue. if your gear is good, that is a nice cycle you got there. Assuming your getting sleep... I would say it is your diet and need more food.
