The last 3 times I tried to work out my shoulders/traps, I feel what I can only describe as extreme muscle sorness. I don't use heavy weight, but I can't even finsih one set with out feeling like I did 1000 upright rows. It's not rally joint pain, its in the delts and traps, my shoulders and traps have gotten real big over the last month, is this why I'm feeling that pain?
