Losing 10 pounds a week for 4 weeks can be dangerous if you don't know what you are doing and you aren't careful. Also, your skin may look like you're wearing a baggy shirt. I had a friend that lost about that much weight in a month and a half, and it almost killed him. That was 3 years ago and his skin never tightened up.
you didnt put the weight on in a month,...plz dont expect to take it off that fast,.. very bad idea IMO......good luck and hope you get good results,.......but be realistic............and the loose skin thing is not a joke either........
you will be swimming in the deep end of the catabolic river, so to speak.Originally posted by packerfan

next metaphor...couldn't say it better myself...losing that much weight...all at once not good bro...losing 2-3lbs a weeks in the most i ever to..and it is more like 1lb a week. this way you can be pretty sure that you are keeping the muscles you have worked so hard to get..
clen will help but it isn't LIPOSUCTION!!!!!!
Patience is a virtue, take it easy and protect your health before you protect your appearence.
DA BOYS
What type of plans do you have? That would be one hellacious month of misery!
Nope... Dont even dream about it.
good idea if u wanted to be skinny dead person JMO... TRy to do it slower if was that easy everyone would be skinner.
It depends on how over weight you are...the more overweight, the more comes off, in the beginning....however, it slows down as you lose more weight. It's much better to plan on losing about 3-5 pounds per week. You are able to control the effects of rapid weight loss by taking it slow....food for thought.
