When in your cycle should you take nolvadex, to prevent gyno?

if u previously know that u r estrogen sensitive, then start around the 2nd week of the cycle other wise wait until u get sore and puffy nipples.
but i'd start at the 2nd week anyhow, just to be on the safe side.
