Liquid Clen?

So how does liquid clen come from ARR? It looks like a pump bottle? Do you just spray it in your mouth and swollow it? Thanks for your help!

yup, a little 30ml bottle. Just spray and swallow. Go low dose and work your way up. But remember, its not for human consumption.......even if it IS fruit punch flavored

how do you do exact measurements if your just "squirting" it. I plan to use someday so the info would help.

each squirt is .1 ml
