fist cycle on test

week 1-10 test e 500 mg/ week

Don't forget your pct. You'll get gains as long as your gear is legit.

I agree, If you want to add something Eq would be better, helps appetite.JMO

Don't want to hijack but why would EQ be better than Deca for your first cycle? I thought EQ was fairly similar to Deca apart from not quite as much mass, slightly stronger and more vascular.

i would just do test only for a first cycle

but deca and EQ are not similer at all

I was just wondering why BigGuns101 would recommend EQ over Deca for a first cycle - I'm not being clever I'd just like to know because I was considering a little EQ with my Test.

it's cool bro that's why where here to ask question's

maybe biggun's said eq over deca because eq is a lot milder than deca

but for a first cycle i would just run test maybe front load the first 4 week's with d/boll or test prop

a little eq i think the minimum anyone should run of eq is 400mg for 12 week's and i would not run anything less than 600mg ew

well why i think they would want you to leave the deca out of yer fiirst cycle is to just see how u respond to test alone. Might run into problems then with multiple items in yer cycle, u wont know what might be causing it.
