I'm a newbie, but don't you think you are over doing it on the abs?

The abdominals are primarily IIB fast twitch fibers, maybe you should try hitting them real hard (with added weights) at 4-8RM. i sort of enjoy the day after an intense abdominal workout when your whole stomach feels numb.

All that cardio is going to be somewhat catabolic, but I am not sure if this would hold true with the given AAS. good luck.

I was never a big fan of doing tris and bis in the same day. I feel if im goning to double up on any muscle its legs combined with another muscle. I like to focus stricly on the tricep and bicep and let them have there own days. I have heard people who do arms all in one day and it works for them. The way i think about it is legs are half your body and how many sets u do for it say the most 6, arms arent as big portion wise and 5-6 sets each for bi and tris would mean 10-12. In my mind im doing too much work on my arm in one day. Thats JMO.

I agree hit your abs hard as hell and you won't really be capable of doing them the next day.

The feeling in your abs the next day are crazy!

I find bis and tris the same day to be perfect. First of all my back day is right before, and my biceps got a slight workout.. or at least pumped nice from doing back..

The next day bis and tris.. My biceps require very little stimulation for them to grow.. Maybe thats just me, straight bar curls x 4 sets, Alternate dumbell curls, and cables or preachers = The money~~~~~~~~

Tris I do dips x 4 sets, pushdowns with the v grip bar, and kick backs with dumbells... Of course i vary the exercises every now and then.. but i dont feel like im slacking when i do arms at all with just that routine
