    as far as a being choreographed to the music it's good. As a bodybuilding routine, it ****ing sucks. He doesnt hold the poses nearly long enough to be that effective, and he is more concerned with the timing of the music rather than executing good posing.

    I was looking at it more from a music/creativity standpoint. In terms of posing, I agree with you 100%, just thought I would share.
