A lot depends on what is being ran in the cycle and how sensitive you are to estrogen related sides.

For most cycles 10mg of Nolva and .25mg of L-dex ED works fine. If you do not have L-dex then 20mg of Nolva is also good to keep the ER clear but will not help with sides like edema.
