IMO it's an individual event.
Depends on a lot of variables too.
Genetics..training...diet..rest...etc. in addition to natty test levels...as these other factors affect natty test levels.
What do you use when you're off?
For some, 'off' means slin/igf-1/gh/t3
For other 'off' means var/prohormones/creatine...
And for others 'off' means...nothing but food and non-hormonal supps.

off cycle i use, creatine, alot of glutamine, multi, and 320 grams protein daily.

i have gained about 10lbs naturally since my first cycle that ended in Oct...and by the way I was a dumbass and had a crappy/no pct..so took awhile to get back to normal test
