Do you mean 250mg E3D? Total of 500mg per week? If he's a newb to AAS I don't think he should run a gram of Sust per week. I'd go with 500mg per week bro. I think that's what daem was trying to say.

Wouldnt say it was useless as Ive seen plenty of people blow up on just 250mgs of test. If you plan on taking just a test and all you can afford is 1 bottle I would go with Test Enanthate or Cypionate .
