another liquid clen question...

Ive been researching alot about AR-R liquid clen. But one thing I havent came across is the amount to take at one time.
Lets say im taking 80mcg, do I spray it 4 times in a row? or should I split up the dose throughout the day about 3-4hrs apart each?

I tried searching but couldnt find my answer. Please help! Thanks!!

Due to the long half life, you don't need to split the dose, though you can, and some users find it is better to split the dose during the first week or two.

SHAKE WELL! Try two squirts for three days or so and if you don't notice bad sides, up it another squirt every 2-34 days until you are doing about 6 or 7 squirts. Some users use more but I like to keep it down to about 150 mikes, max.
