    Help with newbie cycle?!?!?!?!

    Would 250 mg sustanon injected 2X/week be sufficient for a newbie cycle, or would it be wise to take say 250 once a week and stack it with Winstrol or another type or oral????

    sust need's to be shot EOD

    so 125mg EOD
