Blood!!!!

hi guys, i have done about 15 shots total now and never had this happen to me before.
i put needle in asprated and got blood, so i took it out swaped pin and did it again in new place asprated again and got air, so went ahead with the shot.
but, after i i finished i removed the pin and as soon as it left my skin blood came pouring out down my leg and onto carpet, it was only about a table spoon full but it was how quick it came out that worried me, then it stopped instant.
it was the 1st time i had done it straight after a shower and the 1st time i tried to use to "Z" trap method.
any ideas why this happened??
i dont think i did it into a vein again just because i feel totaly fine and have been told on here that doing it into a vein makes you cough alot.
not realy worried about it just a bit confused why it happened.

it's ok bro you cut a vain on the way in or the way out it just never came out untill the pin was removed
