Friends first cycle

I have a friend who is interested in using AAS. So after going through my medicine cabinet I found enough test-e (250mg/ml) for 12 weeks at 500mgs and a bottle of Deca which is 10cc's at 200mgs/ml. If I give this to my friend could he run it like

weeks 1-12 500mgs test-e
weeks 1-10 200mgs Deca

What would you suggest, how should he run PCT with this, should he run Nolva through out, and what can he expect for gains off this being his first cycle? Thanks

1st u should up the Deca to 4oo mg/week.
2nd run Nolvadex at 10 mg/day during the cycle and 20 mg/day at PCT
and yes u need PCT.
Clomid should be enough
