need to get lean
I am looking to lose my excess body fat. I am a active rugby player who weighs 16 and half stone and i am 6 feet tall i would say that i have a naturally big frame and have muscle bulk but very little definition i am looking for greater definition while retaining most of my size. I was wondering if anyone could suggest a cycle for doing this all info would be appriciated

get your diet in check and hit up some cardio staying at about 65% your max heart rate and you should get leaner in no time.

Don't relie on gear to loose weight. I suggest clen , it has worked wonders for me.

Diet will get you 90% of your results that and what sirliftsalot said 65% max heart rate for 45-1hr daily

play loose head prop or hooker mate you play rugby mate ?

Diet and Cardio are the keys to a lean body. Without these ,no AS will work accordingly to your goals.
I suggest running something like Prop/Var, this will add a little mass and cut up.
