    Diet Prioritizing: When cycling, Higher Protein or Higher Calories ?

    when cycling, if some days your diet lacks, to salvadge your diet that day, whats more important ? get your protein up to 300g or calories up to 3000 clas

    i would think if your bulking getting 3000+ cals. if your cutting to get your protin.

    I think there is a correlation between the two.

    If you ate 4 double quarter pounders, you'd have around 200g protein, but 300g/fat. That wouldn't be very good for taking advantage of the gear or increased nitrogen levels in your body.

    I'd rather make sure I had a surplus of protein than calories so I would be more likely to gain lean mass instead of fat.

    Agreed. You need enough calories just to maintain, never mind bulking. Always keep your calories up while bulking.

    well i would say try to get 3000 calories by eating alot of protien and good carbs and healthy fats

    4 double quater pounders, MMMMMMMMM.. actually Barf! I'll take baked samon filet over them any day.!
