I was instructed to take onle 500 mg of sus a week. So does that mean that after i have had my 500 not to take any more for the rest of the week?? or do i space the dosages out amongst the week?? i know this sounds dumb but someone please help.

normally sustanone it's mixte from many test so the life of those steroid it's more than one week so if you put 500 in one shot or 2 shot it dosen't change nothing
but if you put it yourself or some body that you can reach quickly (if you don't have to pay for your shoot ofcourse put it in 2 times
