Is better if I split the dose at 200 mg twice a week or I should stay with one shot of 400mg a week. :0piss:

I'd split it into two shots. But i'd also run a long ester test for at least 14-15 weeks. Deca is so suppressive that your recovery will probably be much faster if you run a test , and run it longer by 2 or 3 weeks than the deca.
How about this cycle
D-bol 1-4 wks
Deca 1-12 wks
Test 5-14 wks
Nova 15-18 wks
Is this your first cycle? how old are you? And you should run the test the whole way.
Run the test week 1 -14. If this is your 1st cycle - you might want to consider running just the test and saving the other stuff for the 2nd timeQuote:

yeah but since it's your first try test only week 1-10 or 1-12. maybe use the dbol for the first 4 weeks. But I'd avoid the deca for now. No need for it.
long ester test like test e or test c - 500 mg / week split into 2 shots - Mon / Thu.
About the Deca, some other member in the forum told me that I should sitck with the 400mg a wk with no split.
