OK here is my 2nd stacking cycle 3rd overall. Would grately appreciate some insite

I am 22 5'11 185 lbs 8% BF

Week 1 to 12: 25mg Proviron ED
Week 1 to 13: 10mg Nolvadex ED
Week 1 to 16: 0.25 arimidex EOD
Week 1 to 12: 300-500ius of HCG every 4th or 5th day
Week 1 to 5: 50mg of Anadrol ED
Week 1 to 6: 750mg of Test
Week 1 to 10: 400mg of Deca
Week 7 to 12: 100mg of Prop ED
Week 7 to 12: 50mg of Winny ED
wk 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid
wk 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid
wk 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid

holy crap, u need way too much research bro. HCG week 1-12 ?!!! Nolvadex and Arimidex , man no offense but this is the worst cycle i ever seen.

and HCG is refered by a friend of mine shoudl i exclude it?

it's way too much, HCG is to be used in Bridging into another cycle or during
pct only and not for long time, no more that 21 days.

if u r very prone to Gyno, then stick with Arimidex at .5 mg ED, or 20 mg Nolvadex ED, either or.
the Cycle Stocky121 lined out seems good.

for PCT:
u should start it the day after ur last Winny shot with 200mg Clomid for the 1st day with 1000 IU HCG , 2nd day 100 mg Clomid, then 3rd day through the whole PCT period 50 mg Clomid ED. and for HCG just do 1000 IU every 5th day, total of 4 shots for the entire PCT.

I really like Sust b/c of the mix of test so how is this

well im against deca no matter what. i do not like deca personally. but there is also in that cycle plan winny and prop which are good for lean gains, pretty much just like EQ over deca which holds less water.

i'm assuming this a mistake and it should have been Test E.
u need to run TestE 1 or 2 weeks longer than Deca.

Week 1 to 10: 400mg of Deca 200 mg Tuesday Thursday monday and thurs
Week 7 to 12: 100mg of Prop ED 1-12
Week 7 to 12: 50mg of Winny ED
wk 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid
wk 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid
wk 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid

i think he meant 700mgs or prop. btw if you havnt run prop before be prepared to be sore for a while.

good point about the prop n winny!although deca is still useable in this stack.

Heres the deal I have 12 weeks of Sust
10 weeks of Deca
5 weeks of prop and winny
and 5 weeks of Anadrol

That is my gear so how should i run them together

i would do this and tell you why.

Week 1 to 13: 10mg Nolvadex ED

Week 1 to 10: 400mg of Deca
Week 7 to 12: 50mg of Winny ED

wk 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid
wk 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid

it will be cheeper to run prop over sust. also sust will be just about as painful as the prop to shoot.
