    Talking Cembuterol how to use it properly??

    My buddy has some liquid clem his diet is good i think and he does cardio 5 x a week but he just wants a little something to help so he grabbed some clem , but will u also lose muscle along with the fat???
    what is the proper way to use clem in order to achieve maximum results from it???

    100-120mcg of CLEM is normal doasage, and no you wont loose muscle because of CLEM, CLEM slightly raises you body temp

    You won't lose muscle tissue from clen but you will from T3 (catabolic). Slowly build your way up to between 80-160mcg. Only increase the dose if you can tolerate the sides (hands trembling, etc.). Drink plenty of water to prevent muscle cramps. Supplement with potassium to help with cramping and with taurine to prevent the rebound effect.

    no i was really wondering where they got the clen, he made it sound like it was legal kinda just wonderin where he ordered it, yes you can get it from a site that supports this one
