Mods am sorry for posting up those questions. I really didnt read the rules and didnt know it wasnt allowed. Well I have done some research and I am planning returning the crap I got from Legalsteroids.com (damn scammers). I need to know if there is any regular(not steroids ). Supplements I can buy like creatine or something. I want the strongest thing I can get but that is legal. Please help me out with this.

Am currently 5 foot 6 about 130 lbs. I wanna get up to 145 at least. Is there anything I could purchase at allsportsnutrition.com and gain some muscle

Try cellucor they have a pro hormone compound P6. They also have a very effective creatine supplement called M5 they work very well especially when used together.

Tight advice... Protein and food. If you wanted to get creative(alot of money) use some creatine in your post workout meal... make sure you are using dextrose as well.
