feedback needed
i just started my first cycle it consists of t400 and nothing else some people might not even consider this a real cycle but its all i could get.
i just want to know is it possible to get good gains on a 10 week of this, im looking to get 10 to 20 lbs. eat good and train like an hour and a half a day
am i wasting my time here. any feedback would be nice

how much are you takin weekly?have you cycled before?

i put in about6 hours a week i train everything ive never cycled before only creatine and protein

i do one ml a week its a 10ml bottle of test400 by denkall

t400 most certainly can be a "real cycle." It wouldn't be my recomendation for a first cycle but it will work.
First timers can make gains like you describe on 500mg of test EW. Of course traning and diet and rest and PCT must all be in order.
For a first cycle I often recommend Test E or Test C 250mg twice a week I.E. monday morning/thursday evening and nothing else.

i have used that before found it ok,1ml should be ok for a 1st course,are you splittin the shots mate,.5ml mond-thur?

like what kind of gains? do you think 20lbs is possible? or do you think thats unrealistic

no im not splitting it wouldnt seem like id be doing that much if i did know what i mean

you should split it into two doses mate this will keep your blood levels more stable and you will get better results in the end.

when i was runnin it i was usin it for a base ran it with other compounds wasnt goin for a mass look,i musta put on 10lbs of solid muscle,you could put on a lot more if you eat the right amount of food,and obv the right foods,and it bein your 1st cycle.
