i took my second shot today a lil erly but i did it anyway and i went to max out today and my bench went from 275 to 285. :evil2: i was ****ing shocked to feel how much lighter my old max felt. i hope i can maintain the progress.
any one else have a similar experience?
the only bad thing is i think i might be training a lil to hard or somthing cause at night
i cant sleep but im tierd as hell and i get these chest pains and feel a lil dizzy but i try to block it out maybe i should see the doc or somthin

I bet you've gained a few pounds from water. The initial water retention is the reason for strength gains. That is good.....Keep your diet clean and high in protein so you put on quality mass, not too much fat. Have fun.

Well, test increases the fight or flight feeling. I think it's due to increased adrenaline excrection? Hormones effect your whole body in different ways. If you understand the symptoms and cause, you can manage. Sometimes I get an antsy feeling for no reason in the middle of th day when on a test cycle. I know what it's from so I just relax and let it pass.

I think this is a big issue for some guys who dont know about how all of it works, let it be known that telling your doctor about your cycles is a GREAT idea...honestly. They may "Advise" you do stop, but they will be a great help at making sure you stay healthy. You dont want everyone knowing you juice, but the Dr., tell him everything for sure. good luckQuote:
