Deca dosage??

If I run deca at a dose of say 400mg a week, would it be better if I split the dose up in half 2x's a week, or I should stay with one shot a week? Which one is more effective?

i hope you are not just running it alone, that would not be a good idea. if you are running it with test and you are splitting the test up into two shots then just split the deca up as well and it will also help to keep the pain down from the test.

Split the dose into 2 shots per week to keep your levels more stable. But pleasethrow some test into the mix im planning on running 600 cyp and 400 deca on my next cycle. never ran deca alone and would never want to

besides getting deca dick and being limp for a while...your gains will be minimal with just deca alone.

I always like spliting the doses. Besides keeping levels more stable, your not shooting so much liquid at once.

Yup. Split the doses. Deca and Test E are long-acting but twice per week will help to maintain even blood levels.
