Will Milk Prevent AntiEstrogens

I was wondering whether milk would effect the antiestrogen pills effects ? I am aware that when the dr. prescribes anti anything they recommend to stary away from milk products.

clomid and nolva are not supposed to be taken with milk

I take my nolva with water, but my question is if I take nolva at 10 pm at night , is it ok for me to consume milk throughout the day. For example i like to have cereal in the morning , is this ok , or should i not consume milk at all while im on the nolva.
