THAT SHIT HURT! i couldnt even finish, i had to move to my delt. **** chest injections. when it pierced my skin i heard POP, thats how rock hard i am ;-p. anyways i had to move to my shoulder cuz i couldnt handle it. i even tried icing it down first.

seriously bro, it made a pop sound. anyways i dont think ill ever try it again.
i was so psyched too man. :-[ now im sad that i still only have done one injection site. both shoulders :-[

I love pec shots, when it’s time to rotate to the pecs I do both sides, The swell is kind of cool I guess it’s sort of what synth is like but only for a day!!! After a few you get the hang of it, just don’t tense up and it’s not as painless as a bi or delt but close.

Quads are easy
Glutes are painless but can be a little trickier to aspirate

The first time I did pecs I pushed the pin in too slow and it stung. The second time I pushed through the skin quickly and then slid the pin in and no pain at all. Used a 25g 1"

Do you change pins after drawing?
