How Long to wait??

Alright, so I ordered some gear from a guy who I know is legit. This is the first time I have ordered from him, and I placed the ordered, made the WU payment, and I know he picked up the cash. I was told when everything went out, and it has been now 16 business days, so almost 3 full weeks since I was told everything was shipped. How long should I wait before I try to remedy the situation?? Thanks guys.

I emailed him yesterday, but I have yet to get a response. He did tell me he would be out for about a week, but that was the beginning of last week, so I held off on any email until yesterday. Not 100% sure what to do, cuz I am down a handfull of money.

nope. . .a supplier that i was referred to by a friend, not from the boards though. I did a source check wite one of the mods just to make sure, and i was told he was good.

if another mod ok'd it and if mbaraso ok's then i'm sure your fine. its summer and some suppliers get pretty damn busy

yeah i can imagine, everyone trying to get all buff for the beach. I just PMed mbaraso, so hopefully we can work this out. thanks for all the help guys.
