Liquid nolva= to pill nolva

I just have a quick question. Is 40mg of liquid nolva equal to 40mg of pill form of nolva? ? I just want make sure of the proper dosage..

i use pill nolva, if it is dosed correctly then 40mg should be 40mg

It should be. IMO liquid nolva seems to be more effective. Probably just me though.
