working out year long
I guess my biggest downfall is I'll work out 7-8 months out of the year and then not go to the gym for 3-4 months usually during the summer when it's river time, laddies hanging out every night man California is tuff everybody partys and I usually look good cause I finish my cycle in the beganning of the summer. I guess that's why there is so many threads on drinking and smoking weed its the summer and people seem to party more now!

summer would be ideal time to keep your muscles in shape and pumped....?

I usually do just the opposite, take some time off during the winter when no one knows what I look like under the extra clothing. Then, I live in the Midwest...differnt ballgame I suppose.

i've never taken more than 12 days off of training and that was for a relaxing vacation.
but generally each year i'll pick two to three weeks each year where i take the entire week off, give myself a little time to recover, etc.
i would think taking 4-5 straight months off could lead to atrophy which wouldn't be good...
