what harm would 1 night out do to my course?Im on 500mg of testerviron a week and have a gyno history its estrogen im worried about on letro and nolva will a night on the drink cause estrogen problems should i up nolva and letro for a few days? i know it sounds stupid
One night of drinking shouldn't cause any problems. Technically you shouldn't be drinking on cycle anyways but thats your decision.
i usually dont but its my pals birthday and cant get out of it.
maybe double up on your nolva, a little before?
Keep the drinks to the minimum possible level you feel you can do. Hydrate yourself (8 oz water for every drink). You'll piss like a lawn sprinkler but that will move some of the negative by-products out more quickly.
Ultimately, it won't be the first time someone had a few while on cycle. Just keep it under control and take your anti-Es the next day. I wouldn't recommend ruffing up your liver by loading up on Nolva before you go out drinking.
