My full run down of what I learned on AR alone before I start..
Before I start my 1rst cycle I want to be very careful and maximize gains::
I'm 27 years old, 13% bf, 178 pds., 5 years exp.
Note: I have gyno now and need to reduce it 1rst;this is what I'll try::
1.Letro-1.5mg + Proviron -50mg each day.....(till the gyno has shrunk considerably)
then run:
2.Test-e (250mg twice a week spread out)-for 1-12 weeks
3.D-bol (30mg spread out 3 times a day)-for 1-4 weeks
4.Nolvadex (20mg a day)-for weeks 1-15
5.Proviron (25 mg a day)-for weeks 1-15
then 2 weeks after last shot:
6.Clomid (100 mg for weeks 12-13)(50mg for weeks13-15)
7.Food and weights-for weeks 15-27
Does this sound sound? Every time I get advice I feel closer and closer to being ready You're all great guys and I bet save ALOT of ppl from bad mistakes.Thanks for any feedback!

I wouldnt mind seeing the whole enchilada though... meaning:

I would run PCT for 30 days with Clomid 100mg / Nolva 20mg / l-dex .25mg
For the gyno just run the Letro.
Durring your cycle use the 20mg of Nolva and either .25mg of L-dex ED or better 1.25mg Letro EOD......... you wan to keep as much estrogen from being produced (Letro will help this) and if any is produced you don't want it to bind to the ER (Nolva's job)

You'd be better if you started the Clomid 2 weeks after your last shot
Run the Clomid for 3 weeks
Run Nolvadex from start to finish
Weeks 1-12 Test Enth 500mg
Weeks 1-4 Dbol 30mg ED
Weeks 1-17 Nolvadex 20mg ED
Weeks 15-17 Clomid (11days @ 100mg then 10 days @ 50mg
Other than that it's looking pretty darn sexy to me!

I feel I'm ready but this damn gyno is the only thing holding me back!
Maybe its time for a credit card
