From what I have read and used deca heals the joints on cycle and as soon as you come off it flares up again - specifically my elbow joint

Glucosamine/condroitin for me. Helps out a sketchy shoulder joint.

deca and glucosamine seem to always do it for me. I am not like most people, and have achy joints on winny, so I don't use deca alot.

besides deca is there anything else? I already use glucosamin/chroditin/msm it helps but doesnt heal the joint. From what Ive read, gh/igf-1 heals joints, but still not sure, opinions?

Recently read about a compound called Alflutop. If you do a search I'm sure you will find some applicable threads.
It is an injectable and the reviews I've read have been very encouraging.

i seperated my right shoulder about 9 months ago. I was out of lifting for awhile. I took some test and deca when i started lifing again and it worked wonders on my shoulder. Now that im off the deca, my shoulder is alittle tricky sometimes. Im going to use deca agin for my winter cycle. works really well. In addition, i take 2 glucosamine-chondrotin pills a day.

it doesn t heal, it s just water retention, so basically u can use any aromatizing compound. but it will only help, while ur on. so basically u have to look for something else...

yeah, it's definently the water retention that eases joint pain by lubricating it. For this reason really big guys use anadrol -50 in the off season because it lubs the joints very nicely. You must be extra careful if using anadrol-50 because it is very dangerous being the most powerful oral available.
On the flip side I have read about testosterones destroying tendon and ligament health and strength; which may not be apparent until post cycle after retained water has be execreated and have read the Nandrolones (deca , etc) help build tendons and ligaments up.
I can't say for sure.

Go to curezone.com. Try a few colon cleanses, if you can go to a place that will stick a tube up your ass and clean your colon, do it. On curezone.com do a few liver/gallblader cleanses. It sounds strange but it's true. 90% of all your physical problems are caused by toxins that are trapped in your body. I used to take 2 precription anti-inflamitories, and about 3 over the counter joint pills. Now after a shoulder surgery, thousands of $ spent on chiropracters, medicines, cortizone shots, ect. All I take is Noni juice, a natural anti-inflamitory and my body feels great.

Ya, it's called a colonic. It's a real procedure that a lot of people swear by.

And cleaning your colon somehow increases collagen synthesis in the joints, specifically in the elbow - sorry bro I think I'll pass, thanks anyways..
