you can take both. HCG will help to restore your testicular axis to its normal size much faster, and help you keep more of your gains
Use hcg during your cycle 2 days in a row every week 250-500iu per day. Until the end of your cycle if you notice a lot of testicular atrophy.

yeah and also u can't just use HCG for ur PCT because HCG is suppressive to natural test.
It's a test E only at 250mg 2x a week, for 12 weeks.
IMO you dont really need HCG, but doesn't hurt to run it. Start PCT 14 days after last injectionQuote:
