My arms size bicep/tricep has grown using steroids?
Just wanted to know what the members on the board results are with using steroids and what gains they are making by using the upper arm bicep/tricep as a standard.
My upper arm is 16 inches, waist 35 1/2, 6.2, 205 lbs. I have put on at least 2 inches on my upper arm in the last few months.
Have steroids really made you bigger?
Assume that all other factors like age, diet, sleep, stress, sex, etc are being applied correctly.Last edited by androplex; 04-27-2002 at 06:44 PM.

Iron Horse:
Was not aware of that rule of thumb.
What if you are taking hGH which reduces body fat, ie over all weight? I am droping weight at times but still putting on size, using hGH too.

arms have stayed the same at 16", but I was heavier when I first started and I'm sure alot of that was fat. Now they're 16" solid & getting bigger and more defined so I guess I lost the fat & replaced it with muscle...I won't be content until they're at least 20"!!!

I'm a little over 18" now. I feel like they are way under potential. I think 20" will be much nicer

I started at about 16 inches. When I was 255lbs they were 19inches now I weigh 230lbs at a low bodyfat and they have actually grown by quarter inch. They also appear alot bigger.

if someone is overweight with small arms. They could drop 20 pounds and gain an inch on there arms possibly.

this isn't a rule, but muscle mass wise this is an average.
