weight loss for women
I was wondering what weight loss supplement you would recommend for a girl that goes to the gym regulary and watches what she eats. Is there a product that helps burn fat and speed up the metabolism that is suitable for women?

yeah bro, at one point i was really fat at around 215, i dropped my weight to 170 with a good cardio and diet
edit: now im back at tha same weight, just not fat hehe

Is she willing to work hard or is she looking for a quick fix?
I can tell you from my own experiences that nothing works better than an extremely clean diet and morning cardio on an empty stomach.
I have done at least 4 cycles of clen , T3. Var, and was on an ECA stack for like 5 years straight, and I have lost more weight now naturally, not even with a fat burner, in a short period of time than I have with any of the above mentioned cycles.
I always thought my diet was "clean" too, but in reality I was way off. Document everything, her stats, her goals, her training etc and work on building a diet and workout regimen around that. It is VERY hard work but she will be surprised how quickly the fat will melt away.
