I've been reading a lot on this board the last 3 weeks. Learned more than I thought I would. Alright, this is what I'm thinking for my first cycle. A 8 week cycle of 200mg test/wk and 400mg wk deca. Also clomid for after the cycle and nolva.
I'm 21, 5'10" 195 solid. Maybe could lose 5-8 lbs. Anyways wanna put on about 15-20lbs and my diet is high protien, low carbs. Sensible I really don't eat that saucy, butterted food. Lots of vegatables too! Been working out concintetly for 2 years now. My workouts change about monthly from high reps low sets to high sets and lower reps.
Any advice is appreciated about anything. This is my first thread I hope I did it right. It always seems that the newbies forget something. thanks
