    Question Fat Loss!!!help

    220lbs 5'10. 4months ago 195lbs. i stopped working out and stopped eating right. i have plently of stacker2 with epheda. what should i take with them to lose 25lbs? thanx

    use those supps to aid ur fat loss while cutting...they should not be the main factor in ur weight loss and trust me they wont be

    focus on diet cardio and possibly add an ECA to help speed up the fat loss
