DHEA with AS

Hi everyone.

I have recently read that taking 250 mg a day of DHEA after a cycle will help you keep your gains.

I have been taking 50mg per day of DHEA for about 5 years now. I am 36.

How does DHEA work best with AS ? I have no idea.

I am curious about dhea aswell. Is it true that dhea can make an imbalance when coming of a cycle(syst/deca ) and interact with nolva to increase chances of gyno or other estrogen increased symptoms?

i would run it post cycle to help keep gains

i think, for most, you would be better off using
creatine or one of the andro supplements. dhea
is 3 or 4 biological steps away from testosterone ,
if i remember correctly. Unless you are completely
over the hill, i think it is quite useless. just pay
close attention to diet and training when coming
off, as well as using the proper ancillary drugs

It's just another "andro" product that try to mimic AS and the manufactures try to sell them as that!! If you want to keep your gains and you've used clomid, just remember to keep a steady workout routine and protein intake. IMO, just a waste of money.
