I need experienced advice desperately

I have just come off a DECA only cycle. I am most interested in using a cycle where I am going to maintain my gains once cycled off. I obviously want nice gains, but maintaining is key. Please offer best cycles and stacks. Below are some offered by friends.

Your friends havent ffered very good cycles I'm afraid.

For some nice lean gains, why not cycle some Prop/Var or Test Enan ending with some Winny?

if you dont mind injecting eod i would do prop and var cycle like swifto said.

1-10 150mg prop eod
1-10 var 60mg day

this would give you a real lean cycle. your diet woul dhave to be 100% in check to gain 10-15 pounds.

if you would like more gains just do a test cycle

1-4 t-bol 50mg day
1-12 test-c 500mg week
8-14 winny 50mg day

var is better then winny a lot less sides.

Another suggestion is to run Test Enan for 12 weeks and end it with Prop for the last 6 weeks.

Winny is a good hardening compound but offers many sides, from being hard on the hairline to causing joint problems.

Never done winny, however is var injection. I prefer Injections but am open to anything. Thanks for your advice, by the way, what are the full names for prop and var and do they have good maintaining skills. Chose DECA and PRIMO only for that reason.

Before injecting yourself or taking any orals it seems you need to do some serious research. This statement just confirms you have done little of it IMHO.

Var or ANAVAR is a tablet. The chemical name, I believe is Oxandrolone. Prop or Testosterone Propionate is an injectable. Read up on the Steroid Profiles Forum.

Yes, Anavar 's chemical name is Oxandrolone. It is quite mild, but also nearly side-effect free (notice nearly). It does cause stress to the liver and for me GI problems (diarrhea, farts, bloat). It is expensive and is in tablet form.

I prefer Winny much more, but believe me it does cause considerable liver and joint stress.
