Cialis has more potential for damaging the optic nerve, but it works better.

Cialis. Viagra gives me a headache, especially when I have a drink or two. Cialis lasts about 48 hours for me and takes effect in about a half hour. So I have a lot more flexibility in planning when I got to take it, especially if it is one of those just in case type scenarios.

That's not good...while the evidence is not conclusive it may decrease blood flow to the optic nerves -- nerves that control vision -- which MAY cause nerve damage. When PT-141 becomes available next year I recommend that you all switch to it. It works on the Nervous system and directly stimulates nerve centers in the brain, there are far fewer concers w/ it.

It's no problem to take it with food. V should be taken on an empty stomach, otherwise onset of action is delayed and efficacy may also be impeded. You can take it anytime you want, the longer duration of action allows for mor flexibility, thats the beauty of it.

Cialis is da shiznat! I think 4 pumps is plenty for me if I choose to use. Any more than that and I have a bad headache on day 2.
This stuff makes me get a chub at the grocery store.

Female equivalent is PT-141 developed jointly by King Pharmaceuticals and Palatin Technologies...it will be available in the US in 2007. It works on the nerve centers in the brain instead of the vessels, hence both men and women benefit.
