It depends on what concentration your compound is.
With hcg for example: if you have 10,000ius of hcg and you add 10ml of bacteriostatic water, you will have a concentration of 1,000ius per ml.

How many iu in a vial, if you add 1ml, divide that by 10 an you have the amount of iu per 10iu on the pin
