    Post how do i take dinabol?

    How do i take white russian dinabol tablets? Before meals? During meals? After meals?

    I moved this post to the regular steroid questions forum - the "hot topics" are posts saved for info - good that SOMEONE goes there though

    As for dbol - split up into 4-6 times a day, meals dont matter but nice to have your primary dose before the gym (45mins)
